The Challenge
The homeowners faced several challenges with their home’s original staircase. Its sharp turns and low ceilings made moving furniture difficult, and the space underneath the stairs was underutilized.
They envisioned a staircase that would open up their entry and living areas while providing enough room to create a poolside bathroom. The construction challenge was to design and install a custom staircase in an existing home without pre-set specifications.

We created 3D renderings to visualize the new staircase layout, ensuring it fits seamlessly into the home's design and improved functionality.
Build
Our team sourced and installed the Viewrail Express Flight Mono staircase reconfigured the upstairs hallway, and added a poolside bathroom beneath the stairs.
